Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

About this policy: This policy describes how Nations Direct Title Agency LLC collects and handles information submitted through the nationsdirect.net website. The active forms on this website are: the Quote Request form, the E&O Certificate Request modal, and the Contact form. This policy does not describe information we collect in connection with title insurance or settlement transactions, which is addressed in a separate privacy notice we provide at the time of service as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Nations Direct Title Agency LLC ("Nations Direct," "we," "us," or "our") operates nationsdirect.net. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, where it is stored, which third-party services process it, and how you can contact us with questions or requests.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information when you submit it through one of the forms on this website. The forms and the information each one collects are described below. Our web servers also collect standard server log data — including the domain names (not email addresses) of visitors, pages viewed, and similar aggregate information — as a routine part of operating the website.

Request a Quote (/request-a-quote)

  • Transaction type (purchase, refinance, or HELOC)
  • Property address (house number, street name, unit/suite, city, state, and ZIP code)
  • Property type and whether it is in a planned unit development
  • Sales price, financing type, loan amount, loan type, and whether the rate is adjustable (as applicable to the transaction type)
  • Estimated closing date
  • Your name, company name (optional), email address, and phone number
  • Any additional notes you choose to include

We do not accept quote requests for properties in Texas. If you enter a Texas property address, your submission is rejected before it is saved.

The quote form displays a notice asking you not to include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, wiring instructions, or sensitive documents. The form does not accept file uploads.

E&O Certificate Request (homepage modal)

  • Your full name
  • Company or firm name
  • Business email address
  • Message (optional)

This form is used to request a copy of our Errors & Omissions insurance certificate. Submitting this form does not automatically send the certificate or constitute approval. Our team reviews each request and responds directly. The certificate is never sent automatically. The E&O form does not accept file uploads and does not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, wiring instructions, or sensitive documents.

Contact Form (/contact)

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Subject (optional)
  • Message

The Contact form is a general inquiry form. It does not accept file uploads and does not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, wiring instructions, or sensitive documents.

Online title ordering

The online title order submission page (/submit-title-request) currently redirects visitors to the Contact page. Title orders are handled by contacting our team directly.

2. How We Use the Information You Submit

We use submitted information for our own legitimate business purposes — to respond to and fulfill the request you made:

  • Quote requests are used to prepare and deliver a title insurance rate quote for the specific transaction you described.
  • E&O certificate requests are reviewed by our team and, if approved, fulfilled by emailing the certificate to the address you provided. Submitting the form does not constitute approval and does not automatically send the certificate.
  • Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. Submission details are stored on the server and reviewed by our team.

We do not release your information to unaffiliated third parties except: (1) as necessary to provide the product or service you have requested; or (2) as permitted by law. We may retain submitted information indefinitely, including after any customer relationship has ended, and may use it for internal purposes such as quality control and customer analysis.

We may share information with affiliated companies, including financial service providers such as title insurers, property and casualty insurers, and trust and investment advisory companies, or companies involved in real estate services such as appraisal companies, home warranty companies, and escrow companies.

In the ordinary course of processing a title order, information you submit may also be shared with underwriters, title plants, recording offices, lenders, or other parties necessary to complete the transaction. This policy does not describe those disclosures in full; they are addressed in the separate transaction privacy notice we provide at the time of service.

We do not use submitted information for marketing or advertising purposes on behalf of unaffiliated parties. We do not sell or rent your information to unaffiliated third parties.

3. Where Information Is Stored and Who Can Access It

Quote requests and E&O certificate requests

When you submit a quote request or E&O certificate request, the full contents of your submission are emailed to our orders inbox at orders@nationsdirect.net. Our team handles the request directly from that email. No submission data is written to permanent server storage. If the email service is unavailable at the time of submission, you will receive an error message and your entered fields will be preserved so you can retry.

Submission details are not accessible through any public URL. The email is transmitted through GoDaddy's email relay service.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the Contact form, the full contents of your submission — including your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message — are emailed to our orders inbox at orders@nationsdirect.net. Our team responds directly from that email. No submission data is written to permanent server storage. If the email service is unavailable at the time of submission, you will receive an error message and your entered fields will be preserved so you can retry.

Existing test records

A small number of test records from earlier development and testing remain in private server storage. These records are not accessible through any public URL and will be deleted by staff. No new submissions are written to server storage.

General access controls

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic personal information. The server is hosted on GoDaddy infrastructure. GoDaddy, as the infrastructure provider, has access to the underlying server environment in accordance with its own terms of service and privacy policy.

E&O certificate delivery

When our team approves an E&O certificate request, the certificate is sent as an email attachment directly to the requester's email address. The certificate file is not accessible through any public URL. Approval and delivery are performed manually by our team — they are never automatic.

4. How Long We Retain Information

New form submissions are delivered by email and are not written to permanent server storage. A small number of test records from earlier development remain in private server storage and will be deleted by staff. We are in the process of establishing a formal retention schedule for email-delivered submissions consistent with applicable recordkeeping requirements and our professional obligations. This policy will be updated when that schedule is finalized. Our privacy practices continue to apply to former customers after any customer relationship has ended.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services. Each processes information as described. This website may also contain links to other websites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

GoDaddy (hosting and email gateway)

This website is hosted on GoDaddy infrastructure. GoDaddy also provides the email relay service used to deliver form submissions to our orders inbox. GoDaddy's privacy policy is available at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)

All public forms on this website — the Quote Request form, the E&O Certificate Request modal, and the Contact form — use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. When you interact with a form, a script is loaded from Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare's documentation states that Turnstile may use cookies or browser storage as part of its challenge process; we have not independently verified the specific storage behavior in our deployment. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

GoDaddy Signals / C2 Analytics (website analytics)

This website uses GoDaddy's Signals platform (also referred to as C2 analytics) to collect data about how visitors interact with the site. The Signals script is only injected into the page after you explicitly accept analytics through the consent banner. If you decline, the script is never loaded during that visit and this site does not forward click-event data to the Signals platform.

If you accept and later withdraw consent using the "Change preference" button below, this site immediately stops forwarding click-event data through the Signals interface. Withdrawal takes effect at that moment — no reload is required for our forwarding to stop. However, once a script has been injected into a browser page. Removing the script element does not undo code already executed or reliably stop independent activity. This site stops its own click-event forwarding immediately when consent is withdrawn. Any activity the Signals script performs on its own — outside the click-event forwarding this site controls — is governed by GoDaddy's own code. If you want to ensure the script does not load at all in your next visit, withdraw consent and then reload or close the tab; on the next page load the stored decline will prevent the script from being injected.

We have not independently verified through network-level testing what the Signals script transmits on its own, whether it sets or reads cookies independently of our consent gate, or whether it collects personally identifiable information. We are in the process of confirming this with GoDaddy and will update this section when verified. See GoDaddy's privacy policy for details on what the Signals platform collects.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics Settings

The only browser storage this site writes directly is:

  • Local storage key c2_analytics_consent — stores your analytics consent choice (accepted or declined) and the timestamp. This record expires after 365 days.

This website may also make use of cookie technology to measure site activity and to customize information to your preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile and GoDaddy's Signals script may independently set cookies or use browser storage; see their respective privacy policies for details.

Change your analytics preference

Your current preference is shown below. Clicking "Change preference" immediately stops this site from forwarding click-event data and re-displays the consent banner at the bottom of the page, where you can accept or decline. Withdrawal takes effect at that moment — no reload is required for our forwarding to stop. Your choice is stored in your browser for this device only. If you previously accepted and the Signals script was already loaded in this session, our forwarding stops immediately. Removing the script element does not undo code already executed or reliably stop independent activity. To prevent the script from loading at all in your next visit, withdraw consent and then reload or close the tab.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request access to information you submitted through this website
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your submission — subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements that may require us to retain certain information
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled

We will respond to requests as promptly as practicable. Deletion requests may not be fulfilled in full if retention is required by law, regulation, or our professional obligations.

8. Children

This website is intended for use by real estate and mortgage professionals and their clients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
